The functionality of PenCount includes: insuring that only valid inspectors have access to the system; viewing only breaker or only recloser inspections; selecting the desired inspection by circuit or serial number; viewing only pertinent counter information; applying "inherent" logic (i.e., making sure new counter readings are greater than or equal to current readings); and viewing completed readings.
PenPole (Electric) - Pole Tracking System. The features of PenPole are the ability to: enter multiple work codes per pole location; enter comments for pole locations; apply "inherent" logic (i.e., calculate contractors bids for job codes); and view completed inspections.
PenROAR (Fleet) - Repair Order and Record System. The major highlights of PenROAR include the ability to: verify the accuracy of repair orders; apply "inherent" logic (i.e., automatically include sub codes for designated repairs); efficiently track and display repairs and associated parts; automatically generate a daily distribution report; and allow reconciliation of actual hours to reported hours.
PenLeak (Gas) - Gas Leak Inspection System. The functionality of PenLeak includes: insuring that only valid inspectors can access the system; selecting the desired inspection by route or location; displaying maps depicting service location; allowing for the inspection of service, openings, regulator, meter set, curb valve and ATM corrosion; applying "inherent" logic (i.e., only prompting for existing conditions, determining when inside inspections are required, automatically inserting appropriate remarks for conditions found); and viewing completed inspections.
PenPipe (Gas) - Pipeline Patrol Inspection System. The features of PenPipe are the ability to: insure that only valid inspectors have access to the system; view patrols and sub patrols sorted by due date or number; select the desired patrol and view only the associated sub patrols and their information; apply "inherent" logic (i.e., querying for vents and markers only at crossing locations where they exist); suspend inspections; and view completed inspections.
PenPress (Gas) - Pressure Control Station Inspection System.
